What this website collects

This website does not ask you to create an account and does not collect payment details. It sets no advertising cookies.

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages help people plan their ride — for example how many visitors click a Book button. Google Analytics uses cookies for visitors outside Europe; for visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland it runs without analytics cookies. We do not sell this information or use it to identify you.

When you book

Bookings are handled by our booking provider, FareHarbor, which opens on this page or in a new window. The details you enter there (name, email, phone, payment) are processed by FareHarbor under its own privacy policy and shared with us so we can run your ride. If you book through Viator, Tripadvisor, Expedia or another marketplace, that company’s privacy policy applies to the booking.

When you contact us

If you call or email us, we use what you send only to answer you and arrange your ride. We do not sell your information.
